I’ve seen Dr Timani for years and she never ceases to amaze me with the results she delivers. She customized a treatment plan that was sensitive enough for my (very) sensitive skin but affective enough to help me clear up the problem areas. I’ve done a chemical peel, multiple microdermabrasion sessions, and most recently I had a Hydrafacial. I am definitely looking forward to trying a few of the other procedures that they offer!

Calm Skin and Restore Comfort
Personalized Treatments for Healthy Skin
At Springs Dermatology MD, we understand how psoriasis and eczema can affect not just your skin, but your daily comfort and overall quality of life. Whether you’re experiencing chronic irritation, redness, itching, or flare-ups, our board-certified dermatologists are here to help with personalized, physician-led care tailored to your skin type, triggers, and lifestyle.
What Is Psoriasis?
Psoriasis is a chronic autoimmune condition that causes red, scaly patches on the skin. It often affects the scalp, elbows, knees and lower back. While there is no cure, psoriasis can be managed with medical treatment and lifestyle adjustments.
What Is Eczema?
Eczema, or atopic dermatitis, is a chronic skin condition causing dry, itchy, inflamed skin. It commonly appears on the face, hands and behind the knees. Though persistent, eczema is manageable with proper treatment and daily skin care support.
Our Comprehensive Treatment Approach
Your skin is deeply connected to your health and well-being. That’s why we take a 360-degree approach to treating psoriasis and eczema — combining medical expertise with supportive skin care solutions to reduce symptoms, restore skin health, and improve your comfort and confidence.
Medical Treatments for Psoriasis and Eczema
We begin with a comprehensive evaluation to identify triggers and underlying causes, whether environmental, genetic, or autoimmune. Our medical treatments include:
• Prescription topical therapies to manage inflammation and dryness
• Oral or injectable medications when needed for moderate to severe cases
• In-office treatments, including light therapy (phototherapy) to calm skin and reduce flare-ups
• Personalized skin care recommendations for daily management
Cosmetic and Supportive Skin Care
Alongside medical treatments, we offer supportive cosmetic care to improve the skin’s texture, reduce discoloration, and soothe irritation:
• Gentle chemical peels to smooth rough patches and even skin tone
• Hydrating facials and customized skincare regimens to restore moisture balance
• Microneedling for skin rejuvenation in areas of healed flare-ups (when appropriate)
• Barrier-repair treatments to strengthen and protect sensitive skin
Why Our 360-Degree Approach Matters
By combining medical treatment with cosmetic and supportive care, we help manage current symptoms and work toward improving the overall health and appearance of your skin. Our approach is safe, patient-focused, and designed for individuals of all ages and skin types.
