Role Overview

As a Front Desk Medical Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our patients. Your role is essential in creating a smooth and efficient experience from check-in to check-out while supporting both patients and clinical staff.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet and check in patients in a friendly and professional manner

• Schedule and confirm appointments

• Verify insurance and patient information

• Check out patients and coordinate follow-up visits

• Answer phones and address patient inquiries

• Communicate effectively with clinical staff and providers

Requirements

• Prior experience in a medical office or front desk role required

• Experience with electronic medical records (eClinicalWorks preferred)

• Strong communication and organizational skills

• Comfortable using computers and scheduling systems

• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment ?
